This was my first visit. I walked in to place a to go order. The woman who took my order was polite, helpful, and made me feel good about my choices. I had the Fettuccine Alfredo with grilled chicken, added a house salad for only a dollar, and tried my first cannoli for dessert. The entire meal was fantastic. I doubt you will find a better Italian restaurant in Sanford so definitely eat at Cafe Vesuvio!

Sanation grade is always good... I don't like the fact that the grade can be affected by the condition of the dumpster outside. Up to 7 points...
